Dance Conditioning/Active Flexibility & Dance Movement Workshop
This will be a 2-hour full body dance movement and conditioning session. The first hour will be focused on building/maintaining a strong foundation with active flexibility exercises, done at a slower pace with plenty of time for questions, refinements and my personal guidance.
The second hour will be dance movement—footwork, across the floor, turns and combinations! There may be some bellydance thrown in there—this workshop is for all dance styles and will also be excellent for those who want a solid frame to add their own stylization.
Good for beginners and beyond—all dance styles including burlesque, jazz, contemporary, aerial and pole and of course my beloved bellydance.
Beginners and drop-ins are welcome anytime.
